Our History

Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd. is a pharmaceutical company, part of the 45 year old V-group (erstwhile Euresian Group), with clients in more than 60 countries worldwide. The company traces its roots to Kolkata in 1952, where Euresian group began as a trader in pharmaceutical, fine chemicals and steel. The business in Mumbai was started by the late Mr. Narayan Prasad Jajodia in 1970, where they were the premiere suppliers to some of the top Indian pharmaceutical companies, including Sun Pharma, Lupin, Microlabs, Cipla, Elder Pharma, Ranbaxy, Macleods and IPCA Labs. Mr. Jajodia’s family hails from Laxmangarh, a town close to Sikar in the Shekavati region in Rajasthan.

Mr. Jajodia’ son, Vishal, took over the leadership reins in 1996, and focused his attention on transforming the organization from a distribution company to a research and innovation driven, manufacturing and R&D centric business.
